Want to know what habits great performers share?
Well we do! So we set out to interview as many great performers as possible, in order to answer the question “how do the best in their fields prepare to perform?”
The criteria for the performers we interview are simple: are they striving to be best in class at what they do, and does what they do involve performances in front of others? We’ve left these criteria open-ended in order to hear from people performing in wide-ranging fields; from sales reps presenting & pitching to corporate clients, to athletes, all the way to musicians, comedians, singers, and speakers honing their craft in front of small and large audiences on stage. We’re diving deep into their pre-performance routines, their mindsets and their insights into the art of performing.

Who’s behind HowIPerform.com?
Glad you asked! We’re the same folks behind PerformZen, an all-natural supplement developed to help performers of all types overcome performance anxiety and stage fright limitations. We talk to performers day in, day out about their craft, and we thought it would be interesting to get some qualitative insight into the art of performing.
We recognize that “anxiety” and “performance fears” are not always the most invigorating subjects to talk about, so as a sneaky evil genius marketing tactic friendlier way to connect with performers who need help overcoming stage fright & performance anxiety, we carry out these interviews and try our best to help performers improve their craft.
